摘要 天然气水合物是流动安全保障最重要的问题,主要靠热力或化学的手段加以预防。南海某测试井在清井求产工况中疑似出现水合物问题。本文概述如何利用流动安全保障技术评估该井现有安全阀下入深度是否满足水合物风险治理需求,以及下入井下束流阀治理水合物风险的可行性分析,进而为将来的水下井口测试井流动安全保障设计提供参考,以及在满足井筒完整性要求的前提下提供一种治理水合物风险的新思路。 Natural gas hydrate is the core issue of flow assurance mainly prevented and managed by thermal and chemical method.Hydrate plug was suspected to form at the subsurface safety valve(SCSSV)in a gas well of South China Sea during diesel displacement and well test condition.This paper focuses on flow assurance analysis of suitability of existing SCSSV setting depth and adequacy of the implementation of modified downhole orifice.This paper tried to provide a reference for subsea well test flow assurance design and new methodology of hydrate mitigation based on requirement of well integrity.
