输气管道清管作业动态模拟分析与研究 被引量:3

摘要 在对输气管道进行清管作业时,若出口段塞量超过下游分离器或段塞流捕集器的有效容积,会产生脉动冲击。针对这一问题,以分离器有效容积作为清管方案是否可行的依据,通过OLGA多相流瞬态模拟软件对某输气管道进行动态分析,通过调节气体流速控制管内积液量及出口段塞量。对比分析了4种方案,其中先增大入口气量后提高出口压力同时恢复入口气量的方案,可使吹扫和清管阶段的出口段塞量最小,清管器的运行速度最小。经现场验证,OLGA软件的模拟结果与现场分离器接收到的液量相符。研究结果可为现场清管作业提供理论依据和技术指导。 When the amount of slug at the outlet exceeds the effective volume of the downstream separator or slug catcher during pig⁃ging operation of gas transmission pipeline,pulsating impact will occur.In order to solve this problem,taking the effective volume of the separator as the basis for the feasibility of the pigging scheme,the dynamic analysis of a gas transmission pipeline is carried out us⁃ing OLGA multiphase flow transient simulation software,and the amount of liquid accumulation in the pipeline and the volume of outlet slug are controlled by adjusting the gas flow rate.Four schemes are compared and analyzed,among which the scheme of increasing the inlet air volume first,then increasing the outlet pressure and restoring the inlet air volume at the same time can minimize the volume of outlet slug and the running speed of the pig in the purging and pigging stages.Through field verification,the simulation results of OL⁃GA software are consistent with the liquid volume received by the field separator.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for on-site pigging operation.
