摘要
目的 探究扶正培元方联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床效果及安全性。方法 选择2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日我院收治的60例多发性骨髓瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组单独应用VAD方案治疗,观察组应用扶正培元方联合VAD方案治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的疾病相关指标、淋巴细胞亚群指标、中医证候积分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组的M蛋白、浆细胞比率、Scr水平均低于对照组,Hb水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Th细胞、NK细胞均多于对照组,Ts细胞少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的心悸胸闷、恶心呕吐、骨骼疼痛、乏力倦怠积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 扶正培元方联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤患者的效果显著,能提高患者自身的免疫能力,缓解临床症状,同时还可以降低不良反应发生风险,有利于改善预后。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Fuzheng Peiyuan formula combined with VAD regimen in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods A total of 60 patients with multiple myeloma admitted in our hospital from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with VAD regimen alone, and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Peiyuan formula combined with VAD regimen. The disease-related indicators, lymphocyte subsets indexes and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment, therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, M protein, plasma cell ratio and Scr level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while Hb level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, Th cell and NK cell in the observation group were more than those in the control group, while Ts cell was less than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of palpitations, chest tightness, nausea and vomiting, bone pain and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Peiyuan formula combined with VAD regimen has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma, which can improve patients’ own immune ability,alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce the risk of adverse reactions and ameliorate the prognosis.
