摘要
目的:应用古今医案云平台(V2.3.8)分析名老中医处方中含泽泻处方治疗水肿的组方用药规律。方法:利用古今医案云平台医案数据库收集、整理名老中医治疗水肿的处方,筛选出处方中含有泽泻的方剂的病案,将数据标准化处理,导入系统平台,建立相应的数据库,运用数据挖掘方法,分析名老中医治疗水肿的含泽泻方剂中的组方用药规律。结果:用药频次排名靠前的中药依次为“茯苓”“白术”“黄芪”,中药归经主要归脾、肺、肾、肝等,涉及的临床症状以浮肿、乏力、纳差、尿少、腹胀等多见,泽泻和茯苓为常见的治疗水肿的药对,主要用于治疗脾肾两虚、水湿内停证。结论:名老中医治疗水肿主要从肺、脾、肾三脏入手,常使用茯苓、泽泻、黄芪等利水消肿药物,同时辅以健脾、清热、活血之品。
Objective To analyze the prescription rule of Rhizoma Alismatis prescription in the treatment of edema in the prescription of famous traditional Chinese medicine using the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records(V2.3.8).Methods Using the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform medical record database,the prescriptions of famous traditional Chinese medicine for treating edema were collected and sorted out,and the data were standardized,imported into the system platform,and the corresponding database was established.the law of prescription use in prescriptions containing Rhizoma Alismatis of famous traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of edema was analyzed by using the method of data mining.Results The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala and Astragalus membranaceus.The meridians of traditional Chinese medicine mainly belonged to spleen,lung,kidney,liver and so on.The most common clinical symptoms were edema,fatigue,anorexia,oliguria,abdominal distension and so on.Rhizoma Alismatis and Poria cocos are common pairs for the treatment of edema,which are mainly used for the treatment of deficiency of spleen and kidney and internal stagnation of water and dampness.Conclusion The treatment of edema in traditional Chinese medicine mainly starts with the three internal organs of lung,spleen and kidney,and Poria cocos,Rhizoma Alismatis,Astragalus membranaceus and other diuretic and detumescent drugs are often used,supplemented by invigorating the spleen,clearing heat and activating blood circulation.
