摘要
目的:分析中药处方治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)气滞血瘀证的组方及用药特点。方法:收录2000年1月-2021年5月中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库中调治气滞血瘀型冠心病的中药处方,借助古今医案云平台V2.3.8(个人版)的数据挖掘功能对筛选的处方进行用药统计、关联、聚类、复杂网络分析。结果:纳入治疗冠心病气滞血瘀证的中药处方65首,药物总计106味,总频次达677次,川芎使用频次最高;药性多属温,药味多属辛、苦,多归肝、脾、心经;常用药对为丹参-川芎;聚类分析将高频药物分为4类;复杂网络分析得出核心处方为川芎、丹参、柴胡、红花等。结论:中药处方治疗冠心病气滞血瘀证常以活血祛瘀、行气止痛为法,为临床用药提供思路。
Objective:To analyze the formulation and medication characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine prescription on Qi(气)stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease.Methods:Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for regulating coronary heart disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndromes in relevant literature from January 2000 to May 2021 were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang data and VIP database.The data mining function of ancient and modern medical case cloud platform V2.3.8(personal version)was used to conduct drug statistics,association,clustering and complex network analysis on the selected prescriptions.Results:There were 65 TCM prescriptions for the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease,106 prescriptions in total,with a total frequency of 677 times,among which ligusticum wallichii was the most frequently used.The medicine is mainty warm and bitter,mainly flowed into the liver,spleen,and heart meridian.The common drug pair was salvia miltiorrhiza-ligusticum wallichii.Cluster analysis divided high-frequency drugs into 4 categories.Based on complex network analysis,the core prescriptions were ligusticum wallichii,salvia miltiorrhiza,bupleurum and safflower.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease usually take activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and activating Qi to relieve pain as methods,providing ideas for clinical medication.
