电动汽车车桥单档减速器壳的结构及其生产工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文在分析电动汽车车桥单档减速器壳的作用和性能要求的前提下,通过借鉴国内外同类产品的研究经验,提出自主设计电动汽车车桥单档减速器壳的结构方案,设计出单档减速器壳体的模型图,进而选用合适的材料进行生产。并阐述了单档减速器壳这一复杂高精度要求零件从铸造到机械加工工艺路线、铸造模具设计要点、加工工艺参数的选择、定位基准的选择及注意事项,为汽车行业同类产品的设计制造提供技术参考。 On the premise of analyzing the function and performance requirements of electric vehicle axle single stage reducer housing,this paper puts forward the structural scheme of independently designing electric vehicle axle single stage reducer housing by drawing lessons from the research experience of similar products at home and abroad,designs the model diagram of single stage reducer housing,and then selects appropriate materials for production.The process route from casting to machining,the key points of casting die design,the selection of processing parameters,the selection of positioning datum and matters needing attention of the complex and high-precision parts of single stage reducer shell are described,so as to provide technical reference for the design and manufacture of similar products in the automotive industry.
