摘要 目前14.44 dtex粗旦有硅中空纤维线密度高,对原丝质量要求高,且在年产2.5万吨中空短纤维生产线上其工艺难以控制。作者通过对冷却风温、环吹风中心风速、牵伸倍率、松弛定型温度等生产工艺的研究,寻找最佳生产工艺。结果表明:冷却风温控制在18~21℃、环吹风中心风速控制在6.0~7.0 m/s、一牵倍率2.950、二牵倍率1.035、松弛定型温度为160℃时,原丝指标和成品纤维指标均较优,成品纤维膨松性能V_(2)为69 cm^(3)/g、压缩回弹性能最优为76%、滑爽性能较优为3.5级、抗压缩回弹速度快。 At present,14.44 dtex thick denier silicon hollow fiber has high linear density and high requirements for precursor quality.And its process is difficult to control in the production line of 25000 tons of hollow staple fiber per year.We want to find the best production process through the research on the production technology of cooling air temperature,central wind speed of ring blowing,extension ratio,relaxation setting temperature and so on.The results show that when the cooling air temperature controlled at 18~21℃,the central wind speed of the ring blowing controlled at 6.0~7.0 m/s,the one-drawing ratio 2.950,the second-drawing ratio 1.035,and the relaxation setting temperature 160℃,the raw silk index and the finished fiber are relatively good.The finished fiber bulkiness V_(2) is 69 cm^(3)/g,the compression resilience is 76%,the slip performance is 3.5,and the compression resilience is fast.
