6.0 dtex毛皮用涤纶中空纤维产品的生产工艺探讨

摘要 在2万吨/年东洋纺设备上,改进原有6.67 dtex中空纤维的工艺技术,生产出高品质6.0 dtex毛皮用涤纶中空纤维。笔者探讨了纺丝和牵伸工艺对产品质量的影响。结果表明:控制冷却成形条件,提高纺丝温度,计量泵熔体温度控制在285~287℃,环吹风温控制在18~24℃,环吹风速控制在2.8~3.0 m/s,能保持原丝牵伸性能;合理分配牵伸倍率,并在原三维化学卷曲上叠加二维机械卷曲,卷曲机背压控制在0.1 MPa,叠丝机油轮转速控制在20~23 r/min时,使用兼具76和102 mm两种长度的不等长刀盘,可生产出手感柔软、回弹性高、疵点含量低、滑爽性能好的高品质毛皮用涤纶中空纤维,产品得到用户认可。 The original 6.67 dtex hollow fiber technology was improved on the 20 thousand tons/year oriental textile equipment to produce high quality 6.0 dtex hollow polyester fiber for fur.The influence of spinning and drawing process on product quality was discussed.The results show that by controlling the cooling conditions and increasing the spinning temperature,the melt temperature of the pump is controlled at 285~288℃,the ring blowing temperature is controlled at 18~24℃,and the ring blowing wind speed is controlled at 2.8~3.0 m/s,the draft performance of the primary filament can be maintained.With reasonable distribution of drawing ratio and superposition of 2 d mechanical crimp on the original 3 D chemical crimp,the back pressure of the crimp machine is controlled at 0.1 MPa.The spinning speed of the oil wheel is 20~23 r/min,and the cutter head with different lengths of 76 and 102 mm is used to produce high-quality hollow polyester fiber for fur with soft feeling,high rebound elasticity and low defect content and good smooth performance which has been recognized by users.
