摘要
某减速器壳体材质为铝硅合金ZAlSi7Mg0.3,根据其结构特征,采用冷芯盒砂型铸造工艺。在浇注系统确定之后,通过使用AnyCasting模拟软件分析了铸件的充型和凝固过程,发现铸件充型过程平稳,但中部型腔与通孔位置处有缩孔缩松缺陷产生。通过加入冷铁消除了铸件缺陷,得到一套合理可行性较高的铸造工艺方案。
According to the structure characteristics of certain reducer housing,the cold core box sand casting process and pouring system were designed.The filling and solidification processes of the casting were simulated and analyzed by using AnyCasting numerical simulation software.It was found that the filling process of the casting was stable,but there were shrinkage defects in the middle mold cavity and through hole position.A reasonable and feasible casting process was obtained by adding chills to eliminate the defects of the casting.
