摘要
在原工艺基础上对16号车钩钩舌采用ProCAST铸造模拟软件对钩舌充型及凝固过程进行了数值模拟。预测了铸件冲砂、夹渣、缩孔疏松的可能产生部位。在此基础上,对原有工艺进行了改进和优化,改进后模拟效果良好,经生产验证,铸件质量明显提高。
The ProCAST software was effectively used to simulate the mold filling and solidification processes of the No.16 coupler knuckle, and the locations of sand erosion, slag inclusion, shrinkage and porosity were predicted. Based on the simulation results, the casting process of No.16 coupler knuckle was optimized and improved. Production practice indicated that the quality of castings fabricated with the optimized design was improved.
