摘要
目前糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制尚不明确,但大量研究显示益气养阴通络法之芪明颗粒对视网膜有保护作用。芪明颗粒是临床治疗糖尿病视网膜病变非增殖期的首选中成药,功效是益气生津、滋养肝肾、通络明目,其作用机制与氧化应激、视网膜生长因子的释放等相关。
At present,the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy is not clear.A large number of studies have shown that Qiming granule(芪明颗粒)of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo therapy(益气养阴通络法)has a protective effect on retina.Qiming granule is the first choice of Chinese patent medicine for the non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy.It can benefit Qi,produce saliva,nourish liver and kidney,access channels and collaterals and improve eyesight.The protective mechanism of Qiming granule is related to oxidative stress and the release of retinal growth factor.
