摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效及安全性。方法:将本院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者76例随机分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方血栓通胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗后疗效。结果:两组治疗后总有效率分别为84.21%和63.16%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后视力提高及症状积分改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液流变学指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:羟苯磺酸钙联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变可明显改善患者的视网膜状况,提高视力和症状积分,降低复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the safety and effect of the integrative medicine on diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 76 caseswere randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 38 cases in each group. The control group treated with calciumdobesilate; the observation group was treated with the Xueshuantong capsule more. the effects of groups were compared. Results: Aftertreatment, the total efficiency in two observation group was 84.21%, and significantly better than 63.16% in the control group (P<0.05);the improving of visual acuity and syndrome scores in the observation group were better (P<0.05); the improvement of the hemorheologyindexesin the observation group was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xueshuantong capsule plus calcium dobesilate canobviously improve retinal condition, eyesight and symptom integral, reduce recurrence rate, and is worthy of promotion.
