摘要
基于我国主要储粮生态区中相关粮食储存库点历年质量品质数据,利用大数据分析方法对各生态区稻谷的品质指标水平、年度差值以及与质量指标和其他指标的相关性等角度进行统计分析,从不同品种、不同生态区域、不同储粮条件、不同储存年限的储存品质和质量品质的数据进行研究,掌握稻谷关键品质指标———脂肪酸值的变化规律,从而探索不同地区的稻谷质量标准及合理轮换周期,为不同储粮生态区稻谷保质技术措施的提出提供理论依据。
Based on the quality data of relevant grain storage sites in China s main grain storage ecological regions over the years,this study used the big data analysis method to conduct statistical analysis on the quality index level,annual difference value and the correlation with quality index and other indexes of paddy in each ecological region.The data of storage quality of paddy in different varieties,different ecological regions,different grain storage conditions and different storage years were studied to master the variation law of fatty acid value,the key quality index of paddy,so as to explore the quality standard and reasonable rotation cycle of paddy in different regions,and provide a theoretical basis for the proposed technical measures of paddy quality assurance in different grain storage ecological regions.
