摘要
本文通过对入仓不同水分梯度稻谷在地下库准低温低氧富氮条件下储藏进行研究,测定在一个储藏周期内稻谷脂肪酸值的变化情况,以期为地下库储粮标准提供参考。
In order to provide reference for grain storage standard of underground warehouse,the changes of fatty acid value of rice with different moisture gradients during a storage period were studied under the condition of quasi low temperature,low oxygen and high nitrogen storage in underground warehouse.
