摘要
为满足国家速滑馆独特的天坛轮廓玻璃幕墙设计、复杂构件安装精度及施工质量要求,通过对幕墙支撑结构及幕墙体系容差进行专项设计,保证了S形龙骨与幕墙拉索、环形桁架和水泥支座的精确安装,实现了S形龙骨位置、幕墙板块角度偏差的调节,避免了因构件尺寸误差及施工过程偏差对施工进度的影响,最大限度地保证了施工过程的正常进行,节约了施工成本,满足了施工要求。
In order to meet the requirements of the temple-shaped glass curtain wall design,complex component installation accuracy and construction quality of National Speed Skating Oval,through the special design of the curtain wall support structure and curtain wall system tolerance,the accurate installation of S-shaped keel and curtain wall cable,annular truss and cement support is ensured.It realizes the adjustment of the position of S-shaped keel and the angle deviation of curtain wall plate,and avoids the influence of the deviation caused by component size error and construction process on the construction progress,the normal construction process is guaranteed to the greatest extent,the construction cost is saved and the construction requirements are met.
