大厚度耐候高建钢轧制性能分析 被引量:2

ROLLING PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF LARGE-THICKNESS WEATHER-RESISTANT AND HIGH-STRENGTH CONSTRUCTION STEEL

摘要 建筑用高强钢应用广泛,生产流程相对较为成熟,但单道次压下率普遍不高。为寻求提高道次压下率是否可以成为工艺突破口,本文分别采用不同压下率对钢板进行轧制,对比分析了其力学性能。结果表明,小压下率钢板心部性能与边部性能差别较大,边部拉伸性能、冲击性能较好,心部较差,且大压下率钢板心部性能与边部性能差别较小,拉伸性能和冲击性能基本保持一致,大压下率钢板整体力学性能较小压下率钢板更好;小压下率钢板边部到心部组织呈明显过渡趋势,心部组织较粗大,大压下率钢板整体组织均匀性较好,且晶粒尺寸整体小于小压下率钢板;宏观织构方面,大压下率钢板晶粒取向更多,不利于滑移开动,使得材料力学性能进一步提升。大压下率轧制力更容易渗透到钢板心部,对钢板力学性能及其组织有着较明显的改善作用。 High-strength steel for construction is widely used and the production process is relatively mature,but the single-pass reduction rate is generally not high.In order to find whether improving the pass reduction rate can be a breakthrough in the process,this paper adopts different reduction rates to roll the steel plate and analyzes its mechanical properties.It is found that there is a big difference between the core performance and the edge performance of the low reduction rate steel plate,the edge's tensile performance and impact performance are better while the core is poor.The microstructure from the edge to the heart of the steel plate with low reduction rate shows an obvious transition trend and its core microstructure is coarse.The overall microstructure uniformity of the steel plate with high reduction rate is good,and the grain size is smaller than that with low reduction rate.In terms of macro texture,the steel plate with high reduction rate has more grain orientation,which is not conducive to slip start,and further improves the mechanical properties of the material.The rolling force with high reduction rate is easier to penetrate into the center of the steel plate,which can significantly improve the mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel plate.
