摘要
以宝武集团广东韶关钢铁有限公司大断面方坯(断面尺寸为320 mm×425 mm)生产线为研究对象,对基于凸辊的重压下技术冶金性能进行了深入系统分析。结果表明,实施重压下工艺后,铸坯中心疏松、缩孔及成分均匀性均得到了明显的改善;其中,纵低倍上中心偏析区域宽度由52降至39 mm,碳元素偏析指数值在铸坯内部最大值由1.174降至1.100,极差值由0.230降至0.174。相应地,直径为90 mm的圆钢轧材产品疏松区域宽度由50降至42 mm,其中心疏松评级比无压下降低了0.5级。
The metallurgical performances were systematically investigated the heavy reduction technology with the convex rollers for bloom continuous casting process with cross section of 320 mm×425 mm in Baowu Group Guangdong Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. China. It is shown that the strand internal quality including central prosity,shrinkage cavity and composition uniformity has been improved significantly after using the heavy reduction technology. Among these,the width of center segregation region in the strand longitudinal section reduced from 52 mm to 39 mm,the maximum value of carbon segregation in the strand decreased from 1.174 to 1.100. Accordingly,the width of porosity region decreased from50 mm to 42 mm,and the porosity grade can be reduced by 0.5 for the rolling production with diameter of 90 mm.
