摘要
利用场发射扫描电镜、能谱仪和金相显微镜等检测手段,对冷轧板起皮缺陷成因和影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:引起起皮的主要原因为夹杂物、氧化通道、气泡及氧化铁皮压入。夹杂物主要是耐火材料和保护渣卷。氧化通道主要由于铸坯表面微小裂纹被氧化所致。气泡在轧制过程中受轧制力的作用沿轧向延伸最终由钢板表面逸出。大部分氧化铁皮压入缺陷多是由于之前的热轧缺陷遗传至冷轧所致。
Forming reasons and influencing factors of peeling defects on cold-rolled sheet were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and optical microscopy. The result shows that there are four fundamental causing peeling defects on cold-rolled steel which are inclusions, oxidation pathway, bubbles and iron oxides. The inclusions are mainly refractory and mould fluxes. Oxidation pathway is mainly caused by surface cracking defects oxidized on casting. The bubble along the rolling direction extend under the surface during cold-rolling, finally escape from the surface. On the cold-rolled sheet most of iron oxide defects come from hot rolling.
