Progress of research on inclusion induced surface defect of cold rolled sheet

摘要 随着家电、汽车工业的发展,对冷轧板质量要求越来越高。冷轧板夹杂类表面缺陷是冷轧板常见缺陷之一,严重影响冷轧板的外观及其使用性能。探讨了线状缺陷、孔洞、疤/坑3类常见夹杂类表面缺陷的特点、形成原因和控制措施。 The demand for quality of the cold rolled plates is more and more stringent with development of electrical appliances and automobile industry. The surface defect caused by inclusion is one of the most common defects of cold rolled sheet, which seriously affects the outward appearance of cold rolled sheet and its the operational performance. In this paper Sliver defect, cavity and scar/pit, those three commonly encountered surface defects induced by inclusion are discussed and their characteristics and origin described, and the way to check them put forward.
