改性PHMG的合成及其对棉织物的耐水洗抗菌性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用丙三醇三缩水甘油醚(GTE)对聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐(PHMG)进行改性,合成改性PHMG抗菌剂PHMG-GTE。通过FT-IR、^(1)H-NMR对PHMG-GTE抗菌剂的结构进行表征,并用该抗菌剂对棉织物进行抗菌整理,然后对抗菌棉织物进行抗菌性能及力学性能测试。结果表明,当PHMG-GTE抗菌剂添加量为3.000 g时,抗菌棉织物对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99.99%,水洗50次后抑菌率仍然超过95.00%,并且抗菌整理对棉织物力学性能的影响较小。 Glycerol triglycidyl ether(GTE)was used to modify polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride(PHMG),and modified PHMG antibacterial agent PHMG-GTE was synthesized.The structure of the PHMG-GTE antibacterial agent was characterized by FT-IR and ^(1)H-NMR.The antibacterial finishing of cotton fabric was prepared with the agent,and the antibacterial and mechanical properties of the antibacterial cotton fabric were tested.The results show that when the PHMG-GTE antibacterial agent is added at 3.000 g,the antibacterial cotton fabric has an antibacterial rate of 99.99%against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.After 50 washings,the antibacterial rate still exceeds 95.00%.The antibacterial finishing has little effect on the mechanical properties of cotton fabrics.
