摘要
地方高校最主要的职责就是为地方经济社会发展输送技能型人才。在其育人过程中,基层党组织建设起到支撑作用,对保障人才培养质量起着正向作用。学生党员干部是基层党组织的重要组成部分。因此,学校要在选拔、培养学生党员干部方面下足功夫,构建完善的评价指标。构建由政治思想与道德素质、科学文化素质、身体心理素质、行为与能力素质4个一级指标和11个二级指标构成的地方高校大学生党员干部质量综合评价体系,运用AHP法确定指标权重,并以衡阳市GTE学院大学生党员干部质量评价为例运用模糊综合评价法进行分析,对如何提升大学生党员干部培养质量提出合理建议。
The main responsibility of local colleges and universities is to provide skilled talents for local economic and social development.In the process of educating people,the construction of grassroots party organizations plays a supporting and positive role in ensuring the quality of talent training.And student party members and cadres are the important part of the grassroots party organization.Therefore,the colleges and universities must make great efforts to select and train student party members and cadres to construct a complete evaluation index.The article proposes to build a comprehensive evaluation system for the quality of local college student party members and cadres consisting of 4 first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators including political ideological and moral quality,scientific and cultural quality,physical and psychological quality,behavior and ability quality,and uses the AHP method to determine the indicators.Based on the quality analysis of college student party members and cadres of Hengyang GTE College with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this article puts forward reasonable suggestions on how to improve the quality of college student party members and cadres.
