摘要
党外代表人士是推动社会主义建设的重要力量,建立党外代表人士综合评价体系是做好党外代表选拔培养工作的一项基础性工作。本文采用优化理论,构建指标体系框架,给出综合指标的计算公式,并通过举例说明该评价体系如何在实践中应用,从而科学的构建党外代表人士评价体系框架。
Nonparty representation is an important force of promoting socialist construction.Establishing the nonparty representation comprehensive evaluation system is basic work to select and train the nonparty representation well.This paper establishes the frame of indicator system based on optimization theory and presents the fonnula for calculating comprehensive index.Finally,it is shown through examples that how the method is applied in practice.
