摘要
合成了一种季铵盐抗菌剂2-二甲基-2-十六烷基-1-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵(DEHMA),以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用轧烘焙的整理方式制备出抗菌涤纶织物。研究了不同工艺条件对织物增重率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱等手段对整理后织物的表面形貌及性能进行测试。抗菌测试结果表明:整理后涤纶在与细菌接触1min即可杀死100%的金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌,抗菌性能优异。
A quaternary ammonium salt 2-dimethyl-2-hexadecyl-1-methacryloxyethyl ammonium bromide(DEHMA)was synthesized.The synthesized DEHMA was bonded on PET fabrics by apad-dry-cure process to obtain antibacterial PET fabrics by using 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as initiator.The influence of different treatment conditions on weight gain of fabrics was studied,and the optimum conditions were determined.The surface morphology and characterizations of treated PET was measured by FT-IR,SEM and XPS.The results of antibacterial test showed that the treated fabrics could inactivate 100% S.aureus and E.coli O157∶H7 with contact time of 1 min,which demonstrated excellent antibacterial properties.
