摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,采用快速溶胶-凝胶法制备了银氮共掺杂纳米二氧化钛(Ag-N-TiO_(2))光催化抗菌材料。利用紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)和红外光谱(FTIR)表征并分析了Ag-N-TiO_(2)材料的可见光吸收性能和化学元素结构,并以大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌种,测试了其在可见光和无光两种条件下的抗菌性能。研究结果表明:随着银元素和氮元素掺杂量增大,其禁带宽度减小,光谱影响范围得到有效拓宽;当硝酸银与钛酸丁酯的摩尔比为0.001∶1时,其抗菌性能最佳;在可见光下,Ag-N-TiO_(2)对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为98.73%和99.96%;在无光条件下,Ag-N-TiO_(2)对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为96.50%和99.95%。
The Ag-N-TiO_(2)nano-photocatalytic antibacterial agent is prepared by rapid sol-gel method using butyl titanate as a precursor.The visible light absorption properties and microstructure are characterized by ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-Vis DRS)and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The antibacterial properties of the antibacterial agents are tested by E.coli and S.aureu under visible light and dark conditions.The results show that the band gap is reduced and the spectral influence range is effectively broadened with the co-doping of silver and nitrogen.Its antibacterial performance is optimal when the molar ratio of silver nitrate to butyl titanate is 0.001∶1.Under visible light,the inhibition rates of Ag-N-TiO_(2)to E.coli and S.aureu are 98.73%and 99.96%,respectively,while the inhibition rates f Ag-N-TiO_(2)to E.coli and S.aureu are 96.50%and 99.95%under dark condition,respectively.
