摘要
目的探讨HIS系统的随访管理平台在降低经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)带管出院患者导管并发症中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月-2020年2月在我院留置PICC后带管出院的116例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组58例。对照组患者出院后采用常规随访,干预组出院后由责任护士登陆基于HIS系统的随访管理平台进行针对性电话随访,比较两组患者出院后PICC并发症的发生率及患者的满意度。结果对照组PICC导管并发症总发生率为27.58%,高于干预组的8.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者对责任护士常规随访的满意度为58.67%,低于干预组的86.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用基于HIS系统的随访管理平台进行随访管理可降低PICC带管出院患者导管并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of follow-up management platform of HIS system in reducing catheter complications in discharged patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods From October 2019 to February 2020,116 patients discharged with PICC in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine follow-up after discharge,and the intervention group was given targeted telephone follow-up by responsible nurses landing on the follow-up management platform based on HIS system after discharge.The incidence of PICC complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of PICC catheter complications in the control group was 27.58%,which was higher than 8.62% in the intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the control group with routine follow-up of responsible nurses was 58.67%,which was lower than 86.20%in the intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up management platform based on HIS system can reduce the incidence of catheter complications and improve patient satisfaction in discharged patients with PICC.
