摘要
目的观察胰腺癌术后带管出院患者应用远程无缝隙延续护理模式的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年12月医院就治的胰腺癌术后带管出院患者100例为研究对象,按基本特征匹配原则将100例胰腺癌带管出院患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行胰腺癌术后带管出院延续护理,观察组给予远程无缝隙延续护理干预。比较两组干预后胰腺癌术后带管出院患者管路管理知识掌握度、留置管路意外事件发生率和延续护理满意度评分。结果观察组干预后管路管理知识掌握度评分和延续护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组留置管路意外事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将远程无缝隙延续护理应用于胰腺癌带管出院患者之中,可显著提升该类带管出院者的管路健康管理知识掌握度,降低管路意外事件发生概率。
Objective To observe the effect of remote no-gap continuing nursing mode for patients with pancreatic cancer after operation.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,100 patients with pancreatic cancer discharged from hospital with catheter after operation were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of basic feature matching between groups,100 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted in the hospital with catheter were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received continuous nursing after pancreatic cancer operation,the observation group received remote no-gap continuous nursing intervention.The knowledge of pipeline management,the incidence of indwelling pipeline accidents and the score of continuing nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the score of knowledge management and satisfaction of continuing nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of indwelling pipeline accidents in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of remote no-gap continuing nursing in patients discharged from hospital with pancreatic cancer catheter could significantly improve their knowledge of pipeline health management and reduce the probability of pipeline accidents.
