摘要
目的:应用温针灸联合骨康胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者,观察其临床疗效,评估骨密度及对血清相关因子的影响。方法:选取原发性骨质疏松症患者100例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组给予骨康胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用温针灸治疗。评价2组临床疗效、中医证候积分,检测治疗前后骨密度、血清骨钙素(BGP)、Ⅰ型前胶原N-端前肽(PINP)和骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)水平。结果:研究组与对照组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组腰椎、股骨颈骨密度高于治疗前,且研究组腰椎、股骨颈骨密度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组BGP、PINP和B-ALP水平低于治疗前,且研究组血清BGP、PINP和B-ALP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合骨康胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者能够促进骨的形成和吸收,增加骨密度,改善患者骨质疏松症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warming-needle moxibustion combined with Gukang capsules for patients with primary osteoporosis,and evaluate its effects on bone mineral density and serum related factors.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gukang capsules,and the study group was additionally treated with warming-needle moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were evaluated.Before and after treatment,the levels of bone mineral density,serum bone gla protein(BGP),N-terminal propeptide of typeⅠprocollagen(PINP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(B-ALP)were detected.Results:There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the total effective rates between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebra and femoral neck bone in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the bone mineral density in the study group was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BGP,PINP and B-ALP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of warmingneedle moxibustion combined with Gukang capsules for patients with primary osteoporosis can promote the formation and absorption of bone,increase bone mineral density and improve their symptoms of osteoporosis.
