摘要
目的:比较^(131)I与甲硫氧嘧啶治疗甲状腺功能亢进(简称甲亢)患者的效果。方法:选取152例甲亢患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各76例。对照组采用甲硫氧嘧啶治疗,观察组采用^(131)I治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后甲状腺指标[游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)及促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)]水平、骨代谢指标[骨钙素(BGP)、降钙素(CT)、β-骨胶原交联蛋白(β-CTx)和Ⅰ型原胶原N端前肽(PINP)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组更高;治疗后观察组FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb水平低于对照组,TSH水平高于对照组;与对照组比较,观察组治疗后BGP、CT、β-CTx、PINP水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用^(131)I对甲亢患者进行治疗,不仅能够稳定患者的甲状腺激素,还能在一定程度上改善患者的骨密度,治疗效果较为良好。
Objective:To compare effects of^(131)I and Methylthiouracil in treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods:A total of 152 patients with hyperthyroidism were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 76 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with methionine,and the observation group was treated with^(131)I.Compare two groups of clinical curative effect,before and after the treatment of thyroid index[free three iodine thyroid original glycine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4)),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)resistance,resistance to thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb)]level,bone metabolism index[osteocalcin(BGP),calcitonin(CT),β-collagen crosslinking protein(β-CTX)and n-terminal propeptide of protocollagen i(PINP)]levels and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After the treatment,the levels of FT_(3),FT_(4),TGAb,TPOAb and TRAb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of TSH was higher than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the levels of BGP,CT,β-CTx and PINP in the observation group were lower after the treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:^(131)I in the treatment of the patients with hyperthyroidism can not only stabilize the thyroid hormone levels,but also improve the bone mineral density levels of these patients to a certain extent with relatively good effects.
