摘要
为了有效提高长输管道建设项目进度控制管理效果,将霍尔模型引入进度控制管理,将项目的影响因素分为资源管理、技术管理、程序管理三维进行系统分析,以找到进度偏差的根源,并从三个维度确立优化措施,从而实现有效的进度控制。通过在典型的某天然气管道项目施工二标的应用,取得了阶段性的效果。
In order to effectively improve the progress control and management effect of the long-distance pipeline construction project,the Hall model is introduced into the schedule control management,and the influencing factors of the project are divided into three-dimensional resource management,technology management,and program management for systematic analysis to find the root cause of the schedule deviation,and Establish optimization measures from three dimensions to achieve effective schedule control.Through the application of the second bid in the construction of a typical Northeast Anhui natural gas pipeline project,phased results have been achieved.
