摘要
针对某炼化建设项目管理存在的问题,开展了霍尔三维结构的项目进度影响因素分析,提出了基于霍尔模型的进度控制措施。
In view of the problems existing in the management of a petroleum refining construction project, the impact factors analysis by Holzer＇s three dimensional structure is carried out. Then the progress control measures that based on Holzer model are proposed.
