摘要
野战医疗队是军队医院遂行应急支援卫勤保障任务的拳头力量,新形势下其人员结构的调整对有效履行卫勤保障任务提出了新的挑战。笔者剖析了联勤保障部队第九○四医院野战医疗队跨区基地化训练中人员管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
The field medical team is the key component of military hospitals in the implementation of urgent field medical sup⁃port.The adjustment of manpower structure poses new challenges for effective implementation of medical support service under new situation.The article made a deep analysis of the problems existing in the management of field medical teams,and put forward related countermeasures.
