摘要
目的探讨军队体制编制调整改革后方舱型野战医疗所"实战化训练"的新模式。方法总结某医院方舱型野战医疗所近年来实战化训练过程中存在的问题,深入分析其原因,并针对性的提出建议。结果目前的方舱型野战医疗所实战化训练过程中存在问题:训练大纲不匹配,与方舱型野战医疗所要求不相符;训练模式单一,不能满足实战化标准要求;训练器材落后,不能满足实战化训练需要;基地化训练少,不能稳定方舱型野战医疗所实战水平;人员编组不合理,不能紧贴方舱型野战医疗所实际情况。结论组织编写"实战化"训练大纲让训练有据可依;利用高科技手段让"智能化、智慧化"成为训练新常态;建设新型卫勤训练基地让基地化训练成为常态;组织多重交叉换岗训练,提高一专多能素质成为普遍认知;结合实际优化编组让训练效益进一步提升等多重举措,是解决目前方舱型野战医疗所实战化训练问题的有效举措。
Objective To explore the new mode of the actual combat training of field module clinic.Methods The problems in the actual combat training of field module clinic in recent years were summarized,the causes were deeply analyzed,and the specific suggestions were put forward.Results There were some problems:the training program didn′t match,and didn′t conform to the requirements of field medical treatment of the field module clinic;single training mode couldn′t meet the requirements of actual combat standard;the training equipments were backward,which chouldn′t meet the actual combat training needs;base training was not enough,which chouldn′t stabilize the actual level of the field module clinic;the personnel group was not reasonable and chouldn′t follow the actual situation of field module clinic.Conclusion There are some effective measures to solve these problems:to compile the training programs,to make“intelligent”become the new normal of training by high-tech means,to construct more medical training base,to organize multiple cross-guard training,to improve the quality of one specialty and multi-ability.Above are effective measures to solve the practical training problems of the present field module clinic.
