摘要
目的:针对现有卫生帐篷存在的缺陷,根据野战医疗救治工作的需要,研制一种适用于矩5拱Ⅵ型折叠式网架帐篷,并能进行合理分区的手术分区内篷。方法:分区内篷按感染控制要求,将无菌区、清洁区和污染区分开,伤病员通道与医务人员通道分开,利用自制的转换连接头和撑地杆将内篷固定于矩5拱Ⅵ型折叠式网架帐篷内侧的对应点上。结果:网架式手术帐篷分区内篷经过试用,效果明显。通过对空气菌落数进行动态采样检测发现,细菌总数明显少于普通手术帐篷。结论:网架式手术帐篷分区内篷方便战时实施手术救治前在手术帐篷内部迅速展开固定,可有效降低野战条件下外科手术的感染率,预防交叉感染,且利于医务人员的自身防护,可在全军推广使用。
Objective To develop a divisional inner-tent for the VI-type rectangular folding flame tent with its arch composed of five parts to meet the requirements of field medical treatment. Methods For infection control, the sterile area, elean area and contaminated area of the inner-tent departed from each other, and the casualty passage was separated from the staff one. Self-developed adapters and struts were used to fix the inner-tent to the desired points of the VItype tent. Results Trials proved the efficiency of the inner-tent with significantly lower number of air bacteria than thai in common surgical tent. Conchuslon The divisional inner-tent can be deployed rapidly in the surgical tent, and can decrease the infection rate and prevent cross infection during field operation.
