摘要
目的总结野战条件下帐篷手术室的展开与管理方法。方法因地制宜，选择距抢救现场较近、地势平坦开阔、靠近水源与电源的地点展开帐篷手术室，并制订相关制度进行人员与物品和环境管理。结果实施856例手术，均恢复良好，未发生术后感染。结论合理的地势选择、严密的组织与科学的管理是野战帐篷手术室顺利展开与有效运行的关键。
Objective To introduce the establishment and management of field operating room in tents. Methods The place which is near the rescue field,flat and wide, near water and electrical source was selected as the setting to establish field operating room in tent. Then, the management regulations of staff, materials and environment were constituted. Result A total of 856 cases of operations were done in the field operating room in tent and no complication occurred. Conclusion Rational selection of setting,strict organization and scientific management are the key points to ensure the operations to be done smoothly in field operating room in tent.
