摘要
济南市济阳区城区防洪排涝标准低、工程建设滞后、排水能力不足,在城市暴雨汇集时,城内雨水无法及时外排,造成城区内涝严重。本文通过对济阳城区防洪除涝工程现状进行分析,找出存在的问题及原因,提出了解决对策。
Jiyang District in Jinan City suffers bid issues of flood control,such as low standard,the engineering construction lagging behind,and the insufficient capacity of drainage.When the rainstorm comes in urban area,the rainwater in the city cannot be discharged in timely manner,resulting in serious urban waterlogging.This paper analyzes the current situation of flood control and drainage,with the conclusion of existing problems and reasons;furthermore,it puts forward the solutions.
