套筒灌浆式预制拼装桥墩质量问题及控制措施 被引量:2

摘要 灌浆套筒连接作为预制拼接桥墩与承台拼装的主要方式,其拼接处施工质量控制对桥梁结构整体稳定性具有重要的影响。结合济阳路快速改建工程,阐述了预制拼接桥墩拼接的施工工艺,对套筒灌浆式预制拼装桥墩质量问题及控制措施进行分析,并提出改进了方案。现场和预制工厂的双轨施工,大量节约了工期,弱化了前期动拆迁的不利影响。该施工方法比传统现浇式方法在人工费用方面可节约25%~30%,可降低施工成本的10%~15%,大概可以缩短工期50%左右。工厂化以及模块化施工,减少了施工现场的工作量,从根本上提高工程质量,进一步的推进了装配式建筑工艺的发展。 The grouting sleeve connection is the main method of assembling prefabricated splicing piers and caps,and the construction quality control of the splice has an important influence on the overall stability of the bridge structure.In this paper,combined with the rapid reconstruction project of Jiyang Road,the construction technology of precast splicing bridge pier splicing is described.The quality problems and control measures of the sleeve grouting precast splicing bridge pier are analyzed,and the improvement plan is proposed.The dual-track construction of the site and the prefabricated factory has greatly saved the construction period and weakened the adverse effects of the premovement and demolition.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place method,this construction method can save about 25%~30%in labor costs,reduce the construction cost by 10%~15%,and shorten the construction period by about 50%.Factorization and modular construction reduce the workload on the construction site,fundamentally improve the quality of the project,and further promote the development of pre‐fabricated construction technology.
