摘要
近年来,气候变化、极端天气频发,城市内涝问题发生频率不断增加,洪涝风险日趋严峻,雨水排放及利用问题成为社会关注的焦点。该文以广州市海珠区为例,基于洪涝风险图,分析流域内涝风险情况,探索海绵城市建设思路,提出相关措施,为相关工程建设提供参考。
In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of climate change and extreme weather,the frequency of urban waterlogging is increasing,and the flood risk is becoming more and more serious.The issue of rainwater discharge and utilization has become the focus of social concern.Taking Haizhu District of Guangzhou as an example,based on the flood risk map,this paper analyzes the risk of waterlogging,explores the construction ideas of sponge city,puts forward relevant measures and provides reference for relevant engineering construction.
