摘要
目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血清脑钠肽(BNP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者180例,随机分为2组,对照组90例选择常规西药治疗,试验组90例在对照组治疗的基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐注射液。比较2组治疗有效率、心绞痛发生情况、血脂指标、炎症因子、AngⅡ、BNP水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率分别为93.33%、3.33%,与对照组(85.56%、2.22%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束后,试验组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,2组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、BNP和AngⅡ水平显著低于治疗前;试验组血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP、BNP和AngⅡ水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,2组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)水平均显著低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著高于治疗前;试验组TC水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛可缓解患者心绞痛的症状,降低血清BNP、AngⅡ、IL-6、CRP和TNF-α水平,同时可改善血脂指标,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Salvianolate Injections on angina of coronary heart disease and its influences on the levels of serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)and interleukin-6(IL-6).Methods A total of 180 patients with angina of coronary heart disease were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group(90 cases,routine western medicine)and experimental group(90 cases,Salvianolate Injections on the basis of control group).The response rate of treatment,incidence of angina,blood lipid indexes,inflammatory factors,changes in levels of AngⅡand BNP,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results The response rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group were 93.33%and 3.33%,without difference compared with those in control group(85.56%,2.22%)(P>0.05).After treatment,times and duration of angina onset in experimental group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-6,C-reactive protein(CRP),BNP and AngⅡin both groups were significantly decreased,which were significantly lower in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)and triacylglycerol(TG)were significantly decreased,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were significantly increased in both groups.TC levels in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate Injections in the treatment of patients with angina of coronary heart disease can relieve the angina symptoms,reduce the levels of serum BNP,AngⅡ,IL-6,CRP and TNF-α,and improve the blood lipid indexes with high safety.
