Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolate on endothelial function and oxidative stress in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 80 patients with CHD admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were given conventional therapy such as anticoagulation, regulation of blood lipid, vasodilation and so on.On this basis, the patients in the study group were given intravenous infusion of Salvianolate for Injection. Results Compared with those before treatment, the levels of von Willebrand factor(vWF),endothelin-1(ET-1)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly decreased, while the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were significantly increased in the two groups, and the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 17.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with salvianolate has a certain effect in the treatment of patients with CHD,which can improve endothelial function and oxidative stress.
