摘要
河湖水体是人类赖以生存的命脉,在区域经济社会发展和生态环境保护中的作用不可替代。在深入理解“幸福河”内涵、对幸福河建设策略和工程体系进行系统总结、初步搭建幸福河评价指标体系的基础上,针对淮安市古盐河现状,结合幸福河要求,从“安澜、灵动、清洁、生态、文化、智慧”六个方面进行顶层规划,以有效指导古盐河未来幸福河建设。
Rivers and lakes are the lifeblood of humans,which play an irreplaceable role in the development of regional economy and society and the protection of the ecological environment.Based on the in-depth understanding of the connotation of“the happy river”,this paper systematically summarized the construction strategies and engineering system of the happy river,and initially established the evaluation index system of the happy river.On the basis of carefully identifying the key problems of the Ancient Salt River in Huai’an City,combined with the construction requirements of the happy river,the top-level planning of the Ancient Salt River is carried out from six aspects including safety,smart,clean,ecological,cultural and wisdom.It can effectively guide the future construction of the Ancient Salt River into a happy river.
