摘要
商法是高校法学专业的一门核心课程,商事法律是我国社会主义市场经济体制有效运行的重要法治保障。课程思政融入商法教学,要明确目标要求与主要内容,科学设计教学体系,将思政教育纳入课堂教学全过程。在商法课课程思政教育中,要改变教学模式,采取多种教学方法,深度挖掘提炼商法课程中所蕴含的思想价值和精神内涵,将爱国主义、国情世情党情民情、社会主义核心价值观以及传统商事法律文化等诸多内容融入思政教育,提高立德树人的成效。
Commercial Law is a core course of law major in colleges and universities.Commercial Law is an important legal guarantee for the effective operation of China's socialist market economic system.To integrate the ideological and political education into the teaching of commercial law,it is necessary to clarify the objectives and main contents,scientifically design the teaching system,and integrate the ideological and political education into the whole process of classroom teaching.In the ideological and political education of the course of Commercial Law,we should change the teaching mode,adopt a variety of teaching methods,deeply excavate and refine the ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in the course of Commercial Law,and integrate patriotism,national conditions,world conditions,Party conditions and people's conditions,socialist core values and traditional commercial legal culture into the ideological and political education,so as to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
