摘要
课程思政是把"立德树人"作为教育根本任务的一种综合教育理念。一直以来,我国应用型高校法学教育课程缺乏思政元素,没有实现应用型人才培养与思想政治教育的有机统一。在紧紧围绕坚持中国特色社会主义教育发展道路的指导思想指导下,婚姻家庭继承法学以培育德法兼修的法治人才为目标,通过理论和实践两方面实现应用型高校课程思政教学体系的完善。
Ideological and political curriculum is a comprehensive educational concept that regards"establishing morality and creating people"as the fundamental task of education.All along,the course of law education in applied universities in China lacks ideological and political elements,and does not realize the organic unity of applied talents training and ideological and political education.Under the guidance of adhering to the guiding ideology of the development road of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,the Marriage and Family Inheritance Law aims at cultivating legal talents with both morality and law.Through theory and practice,the ideological and political teaching system of applied universities is perfected.
