摘要
法律专业课程思政建设是高职全面开展思想政治工作的客观需要,也是培养高素质法律专业人才的必然选择。本文分析了高职法律专业课程思政开展现状,针对课程思政的不足,从法律专业人才培养目标融入思政、法律专业课程教材融入思政、法律专业课程教学融入思政以及建设法律专业课程思政教师队伍四个方面入手,提出构建高职法律专业课程思政体系的有效策略,期望对推进法律专业教学改革,实现德法兼备的育人目标有所帮助。
The curriculum ideology system of law major is an objective need of comprehensively carrying out ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges,and is also an inevitable choice for cultivating high-quality legal professionals.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the curriculum ideology system of law major.In view of the shortcomings of the ideological and political education courses,this paper puts forward effective strategies for constructing the curriculum ideology system of law major in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:integrating the training objectives of law professionals into ideological and political education,integrating the teaching materials of law courses into ideological and political education,integrating the teaching of law courses into ideological and political education,and building a team of ideological and political teachers of law courses.It is helpful to realize the goal of educating people with both morality and law.
