摘要
在新工科建设背景下,文章通过校企合作协同育人,对土木工程专业进行实践探索,阐述土木工程专业和企业产教融合过程中采取的具体措施,如重新修订教学大纲、深化教学改革、教师培训、渗透教学、建设实训中心以及实习实践等。在新冠肺炎疫情期间,校企合作指导学生实习发挥巨大的作用,为以后开展基于实际工程的线上实习打下坚实的基础。文章的探索对提高学生知识、能力,培养有创新能力,能力和素质协调发展,可以适应未来建筑工业化的人才,提供切实可行的新思路。
Under the background of new engineering construction,this paper makes a practical exploration of civil engineering specialty through university-enterprise cooperation.This paper expounds the concrete measures taken in the process of the integration of civil engineering specialty and enterprise production and education,such as revising the teaching syllabus,deepening the teaching reform,teacher training,permeating the teaching construction,training center and practice,etc.During the COVID-19 epidemic,university-enterprise cooperation played a great role in guiding students to practice,which laid a solid foundation for the online practice based on practical projects in the future.The exploration of this paper provides practical new ideas for improving students'knowledge and ability,cultivating talents with innovative ability,coordinated development of ability and quality,and adapting to the future industrialization of architecture.
