摘要
黄河是我国第二大河,黄河的生态保护与高质量发展是确保我国社会可持续发展的重要基础之一。合理保护、开发黄河下游林业资源是实现其高质量可持续发展的关键,林业发展规划是促进林业发展的重要依据。从生态、产业、文化的角度切入,探讨了黄河下游林业发展可实施的思路和途径。以东营市河口区林业发展总体规划为例,调查了区域内的自然资源现状,提出了针对性的发展策略,以期为构建功能完善、结构稳定、效益良好的黄河流域生态林业体系提供参考。
The Yellow River is the second largest river in China,and its ecological protection and high-quality development is one of the important bases for ensuring the sustainable development of our society.Rational protection and development of forestry resources in the lower reaches of the Yellow River is the key to its high-quality sustainable development,and forestry development planning is an important basis for promoting forestry development.The study explores the ideas and ways in which forestry development in the lower reaches of the Yellow River can be implemented from the perspectives of ecology,industry and culture.Taking the master plan for forestry development in the Hekou District of Dongying City as an example,it investigates the current situation of natural resources in the region and proposes targeted development strategies,with a view to providing reference for the construction of a well-functioning,structurally stable and effective ecological forestry system in the Yellow River Basin.
