摘要
黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展是重大国家战略,基于权威媒体报道文本进行扎根分析。通过三级编码提炼出重要意义、重要地位、基本情况、巨大成就、制约因素、高度重视、统筹领导、治理策略八个分析维度。发现媒体更加关注对治理策略、统筹领导和重要地位三个维度的报道。从战略阐释、现状梳理、应对措施三个层次对黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展战略实施各维度进行具体分析。从黄河流域的保护与治理,黄河流域的高质量发展,黄河文化的保护与传承三方面对沿黄各省(自治区)发展思路进行比较。
The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin is a major national strategy.Based on the authoritative media report text,rooting analysis was taken.Through the three-level coding,the eight analysis dimensions of significance,important status,basic situation,tremendous achievements,restrictive factors,high attention,overall leadership,and governance strategy were extracted.It was found that the media paid more attention to report on the three dimensions of governance strategy,overall leadership,and important status.From the three levels of strategic interpretation,status quo combing,and countermeasures,the dimensions of ecological protection and implementation of high-quality development strategies in the Yellow River basin were specifically analyzed.From the protection and governance of the Yellow River basin,the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin,and the protection and inheritance of the Yellow River culture,the development ideas of the provinces(autonomous regions)along the Yellow River were compared.
