摘要
介绍了山东省东营市基本情况、林业生态建设成效以及主要做法。党委政府高度重视林业部门科学谋划,广大群众积极参与;依靠科技兴林,选育推广乡土树种,引种驯化外来树种;加快推进林业生态体系建设;组建生态林场进一步推进林业生态建设上规模、提质量、惠民生。启示：盐碱地是能够实现规模造林绿化的,但需要决策者有决心,舍得投入,实施者重实效,讲求科学。
The paper describes the effectiveness of forestry ecological construction as well as the main approach in Dongying City, Shandong Province. The party committee and government attach great importance, and the forestry sector makes a scientific planning, the broad masses of people actively involved in; rely on science and technology of forestry, breeding native species, exotic species introduction and domestication; accelerate the construction of forest ecological system; further promote the formation of ecological farm, mentioning the quality , scale, benefit people＇ s livelihood. Revelation are： saline-alkali soil is able to achieve economies of scale afforestation, but need the decision makers are determined and willing to invest; the implementers pragmatic, to be scientific; ecological forest plain greening bold attempt to develop in depth.
