摘要
国内大部分机场已实行了机坪管制移交工作.目前尚无一套较为完善的评估体系,对机坪管制运行效果进行量化评估.采用文本挖掘方法,提取文本数据的高频词作为评价指标的来源,构建了机坪管制运行状况评估指标体系;建立了AHP-Fuzzy模型并评估A机场的机坪管制运行现状,评估结果显示良好;通过对比专家权重的结果,发现与本模型评估结果相近,因此为未来研究中评价指标筛选和专家计算指标权重系数提出一种更严谨客观的评价方法.
Most domestic airports have implemented the apron control transfer,there is no systematic evaluation system to quantify the effectiveness of the apron control operational.This paper adopts text mining method to extract high-frequency words or phrases from text data as the source of evaluation indicators,and constructs an apron control operation evaluation index system.The AHP-Fuzzy model is established and the current status of apron control operation at A airport is evaluated and the evaluation results show good.By comparing the results of expert’s weights,it is found that the results of text data are similar to it,which provides a new method for evaluation indicators selection and expert weight calculation in future research.
