摘要
对于机坪管制移交区域的确定,国内尚且没有相应的理论与方法,该文在对机坪塔台和空管塔台工作负荷分析的基础上,提出基于加权混合元Voronoi图的机坪移交区域划分模型,并且对Voronoi图的栅格生成算法进行研究。在VC++6.0平台上利用栅格生成算法成功实现Voronoi图分割,最后通过某机场的地面网络结构图和机场交通密度分布进行算例分析,确定了机坪移交区域,符合生产单位对机坪移交区域确定的要求。方法具有独特性,可以为国内机坪管制移交工作的开展提供合理的参考。
There is no relevant theory and method for determining the apron control transfer zone in China. On the basis of analysis of the workload of the apron control tower and air traffic control tower,the apron transfer zone dividing model based on weighting mixed Voronoi diagram is proposed,and the grid generating algorithm of Voronoi diagram is studied,by which the Voronoi diagram is successfully segmented on VC++6.0 platform. The example analysis for ground network structure chart of an airport and aerodrome traffic density distribution is conducted to determine the apron transfer zone,which can satisfy the requirement of production company. The method has peculiarity,and can provide reasonable reference for carrying on apron control and transfer in China.
