摘要
随着我国深度老龄化社会的加速,社区居家养老模式的作用日益突出。通过梳理国内外社区养老模式相关研究,探讨我国社区居家养老服务现状,发现存在供需不平衡、医养结合不深入、专业人才短缺、服务经费有限等问题,提出加快推进医养结合、加强社区居家养老服务人才队伍建设、给与优惠政策及配套措施支持、构建多元化融资渠道等对策。
With the acceleration of China’s deep aging society,the role of community home care model is increasingly prominent.This paper discusses the current situation of community home care services in China by sorting out relevant researches on community home care models at home and abroad,and finds problems such as imbalance between supply and demand,insufficient combination of medical and nursing care,shortage of professional talents,and limited service funds.Therefore,it proposes measures to accelerate the integration of medical care and elderly care services,strengthen the construction of talent team for community home-based elderly care services,provide preferential policies and supporting measures,and establish diversified financing channels.
